The application by means of push-notifications massively informs the population about the threat and the occurrence of emergency situations within a few seconds. Pilot testing has shown that the main advantages of a mobile application with push notifications are:

— free format for both user and sender, with the ability to send an unlimited number of messages;
— instant delivery of messages to all users at the same time, unlike SMS distribution, when, depending on the service provider and technical limitations, the delivery of an emergency message to the user can take from 2 to 6 hours.

Since April 15, the Darmen application is available for download to all owners of smartphones and tablets based on Android and iOS in three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.
