On March 29-30 Karaganda will host the V International Festival of Robotics, Programming and Innovative Technologies ROBOLAND 2019, where will about 1000 young robotics from Europe and Asia are expected to participate.
18/2/2019 News / Kazakhstan newsThe annual RoboLand festival has become the largest competitive venue for children and teenagers and a unique vector for the development of Kazakhstan's educational robotics.
Since 2015 the festival scale has grown 10 times. And 3 years ago, Roboland became international, where took part the strongest robotics from Europe and Asia, including Russia, Italy, Poland, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and etc.
This jubilee year competitions will be held in 12 categories: kegelring quad, sumo, labyrinth, rally, robofootball, smart city, LEGO WeDo and etc. A special will be a completely new unique robotics competition Roboland-Friendship, which were developed by experts specifically for the festival.
The festival will host an exhibition of robotics. An extensive business program with seminars and master classes from leading experts in the field of robotics is planned for coaches and teachers, the audience will enjoy an exciting robot show.
The festival is organized by the Education Department of the Karaganda region with the support of the International Association of Sports and Educational Robotics, Kazdidac Association, sponsors and partners.
